We offer free shipping in India for all orders above ₹499. Most orders are dispatched within 2–3 days and delivered within 7–8 days of shipping.

If your delivery address is hard to reach, delivery may take longer than the estimate above. We may contact you by email or phone to confirm your address.

We ship using trusted courier partners (Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC) and Speed Post. IKSAVA is not liable for delays caused by the courier company or factors outside our control, but we'll always work to get your order to you as close to the estimated time as possible.

If delivery genuinely isn't possible for reasons outside our control, we'll let you know and cancel the order with a full refund.
