Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns — just let us know within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. We accept returns across all categories except copper products.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll issue your refund as website credit (store credit) that you can use on a future order.

Cancellations

You can request a cancellation any time before your order ships — contact us with your order number and we'll process it right away, with a full refund of anything already paid.
