At IKSAVA, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure that every jewellery product is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with original packaging, tags, and certificates (if any) intact.
Customers must raise a return or exchange request within 3–7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
